Forgive me if I am becoming increasingly “out of touch” with life in America today, but as new opinions seem to emerge daily… from Government, educators and clergy… regarding “PC” (political correctness, so … called)…I am very quickly reaching the thought that it’s becoming, to coin a more slangy expression, “pretty corny.” If we continue down this road, I would venture that free expressions of creativity, both written and verbal, will be so stifled by overthinking and editing, as to become virtually extinct. Nothing in our society can ever be perfect,
but spontaneity, sincerity and creativity of expression are rapidly becoming so severely critiqued and challenged that we may “devolve” to sign language!
